  • Profile data: an optional profile photo you upload.
  • Subscription & payment data: plan selected, subscription dates, and payment confirmation details from our payment provider (we do not store your card or bank details ourselves).
  • Usage data: the alerts, checklists, and settings you create, and signals you interact with, so the Service can function.
  • Communication records: a log of voice calls and SMS/email notifications sent to you, for delivery troubleshooting.

2. How We Use It

  • To operate your account and deliver the price/signal alerts you configure.
  • To send you voice calls, SMS, and emails you've requested (e.g. OTP codes, price alerts).
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To troubleshoot delivery issues and improve the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors to operate the Service:

  • Twilio — to place voice calls and send SMS alerts to your mobile number.
  • Payment processor (Razorpay) — to process subscription payments.
  • Email delivery — to send OTPs and email notifications.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

  • Access, correct, or update your account information from your Profile page.
  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your account and data.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, authenticated APIs) to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique login and keep your account credentials confidential.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
