Risk Disclaimer

Last updated: September 2026

This is a draft template, not a substitute for legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer review this document — including whether your jurisdiction requires specific regulatory language for market-data or signal-alert products — before relying on it to govern paying customers.

Not Financial Advice

VMTradeAlert is a market-monitoring and notification tool. It analyzes publicly available order book, volume, and price data and alerts you when configured conditions occur. Nothing produced by the Service — including price alerts, order-flow signals, conviction ratings, target/stop-loss levels, or win-rate statistics — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

Trading Involves Substantial Risk

Cryptocurrencies, gold, silver, and other assets covered by the Service are highly volatile. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. You could lose some or all of the capital you trade with. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and you should independently verify any information before acting on it.

Past Performance Is Not a Guarantee

Win rates, net-R figures, and other historical statistics shown by the Service (including on our public Track Record) describe how signals performed in the past, under specific, disclosed scoring rules (e.g. a fixed risk:reward horizon measured at 1h/4h/24h after signal fire). They:

  • Do not account for slippage, fees, spreads, or execution delays you would experience trading live.
  • Are not a projection or guarantee of future results.
  • Can change materially as market conditions change.

No Execution, No Custody

VMTradeAlert does not execute trades on your behalf, does not hold or custody your funds, and does not have access to your exchange or brokerage accounts. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions and their consequences.

Data & Delivery Are Not Guaranteed

Market data, alerts, voice calls, SMS, and email notifications depend on third-party infrastructure (exchanges, telecom carriers, email providers) that can experience outages or delays outside our control. Do not rely on the Service as your sole source of market information for time-critical decisions.

Your Responsibility

By using VMTradeAlert, you acknowledge that you are making your own independent trading decisions, that you understand the risks described above, and that VMTradeAlert and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or missed opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
