By creating an account or using VMTradeAlert ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What VMTradeAlert Does

VMTradeAlert monitors publicly available market data (order book depth, aggressor volume, price action) for the assets it supports and notifies you — by email, SMS, and/or voice call — when configured conditions are met. All notifications are informational alerts about market conditions, not investment recommendations. See our Risk Disclaimer for important information about the limits of this Service.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
  • Prices are shown in INR and processed through our payment provider at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout; you may purchase a new period at any time before or after your current period ends.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
  • Resell, redistribute, or share paid access with others outside your own account.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading and holding cryptocurrencies, gold, and other volatile assets carries significant risk, including the risk of total loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. See our full Risk Disclaimer.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMTradeAlert and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed alerts, service downtime, data inaccuracies, or other damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
